Let us discuss with you the scope of your assignment...whether small or large, Strategic Assets Consulting is standing by to discuss with you what you'll require.
We'll discuss the differences between a Site Visit and a Desktop Appraisal and the time frame involved. We'll also discuss with you the levels of trade (fair market value, orderly liquidation value, or forced liquidation value) required for the assignment.
After we collect the data on the equipment or work with a "host" when we work on a Desktop Appraisal, we go to work applying the three approaches to value to every piece of equipment: The Cost, Market, and Income Approach to determine which approach is the most reliable with verifiable data.
Someone who is not skilled, experienced, and Certified would not consider these important aspects of equipment appraisal.
Bottom Line: You won't want an unsubstantiated equipment value that will not withstand scrutiny and may lead to potential risk.

- We provide both site visits and desktop appraisals. Site visits are important because it validates the condition and that the item really does exist and is working. For a desktop appraisal, we do not see the equipment but rely on the word of the owner.

The Certified Appraisers at Strategic Assets Consulting are experienced Expert Equipment Certified Appraisers (EECA) who bring over fifteen years of experience appraising equipment. We have the knowledge, skill set, and experience to deliver a Certified Equipment Appraisal that is defensible and will hold up to scrutiny. Oh.... and did we mention that our assignment fees are reasonable and turnaround time is quick. There are no standard fees with equipment appraisals. No two appraisals are alike. We'll request to see the list of equipment and discuss with you the scope of the assignment. Then, and only then, will we bid the assignment.
